4-H Children's Art Exchange with China

Through March 31
Community Gallery

Image of 4-H Children's Art Exchange with China ExhibitThis exhibit consists of artwork by children, ages 7 to 12, from Binzhou City, Shandong Province, China. The work is exceptional in the stories and feelings the children tell through their art and in the children's ability to handle art-making materials.
Since 1988, Michigan 4-H has partnered with China to teach global education through the arts. Over 300,000 Michigan children and youth have been involved in 10 separate activities, including an art exchange.
For more information about the 4-H Children's Art Exchange and about 4-H in your community, contact a county MSU Extension Office.

MSU Extension's Institute for Children & Youth, the MSU Asian Studies Center and the MSU Museum are co-sponsors of the exhibit.

This exhibit runs through March 31, 2011 in the MSU Museum's Community Gallery located on the ground floor.
