Walkers!
The walk will be competitive. Therefore, if you register to walk, you cannot run at any time during the race. If you plan to run even a small portion of the race, please register in one of the run categories. Walk monitors will be stationed on the course. If three monitors report that any walk participant was running during the race, that participant will be moved to the run division.
Race Day Activities
A number of activities, including a race walk clinic and aerobics warm-up, are planned. Special guest appearances, entertainment, and children's activities are fun for the whole family.
Attention! Race Walkers
On Sunday, October 5, members of the Capital City Race Walkers will present
a race walk clinic from 9:00-9:30 a.m. on the east side of the MSU Museum.
