Collections
With the assistance of the MSU Extension system, historical collections representing Michigan experiences, particularly those pertaining to agrarian culture, have been built over the last century. Partnership programs with the Michigan State Fair Association have resulted in increased donations of fair and agriculture-associated materials. These materials are used heavily in research and interpretation of agrarian history and culture by this land-grant university's agricultural departments, and other organizations such as the Michigan State Fair and Michigan Agricultural Exposition.
