The redwork designs include children, owls, bird, Mother Goose,
day of the week Sunbonnets, day of the week teddy bear, horse, grapes,
flowers, deer, and a cow. An "E" is embroidered in one
of the redwork blocks. The embroidered "E" is from a "Rosebud"
alphabet by Ingalls dating to 1892. Other redwork designs came from
Bentley's and Ladies Art Company.
Harding purchased the quilt from a thrift shop.
