Our hearts are heavy with this news. The MSU Museum lost a great leader and friend in Dr. Gordon Guyer, who had been an active member of the museum's Development Council through the years. Most recently, he contributed to our "Echoes of Silent Spring" exhibition and was recognized for his enormous contribution to the understanding of the natural environment of Michigan, and the growth of MSU as a leading research center in environmental sciences and agriculture.

The MSU Museum will be closed during the Easter weekend, Saturday, March 26 - Sunday, March 27. Regular hours resume on Monday, March 28 at 9 a.m.

The MSU Museum is in the process of installing a new series of exhibits for the Evolution in Action Gallery, which teaches visitors about evolutionary processes and highlights the groundbreaking research of BEACON scientists.
