REVIEW PANEL TO EVALUATE TRADITIONAL ARTS NOMINEE SUBMISSIONS JAN. 20: PUBLIC INVITED
A review panel will meet to evaluate nominations for the 2012 Michigan Traditional Arts Program (MTAP), on Friday, Jan. 20, from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at the Michigan State University Museum. The panel members will meet in the museum's conference room, 2nd floor, and the meeting is open to the public.

"Face to Face" monthly family mask-making activities are set for Sundays, 2-4 p.m.: Dec. 18 and Jan. 15. This free, drop-in activity features make-and-take masks for basic skill levels -- with embellishments! Masks will have seasonal themes and are inspired by the MSU Museum's special exhibit, "MASK: Secrets &Revelations."
