Job Descriptions
These Volunteers will serve in the craft vending area as booth sitters for short periods of time.

2. Information Booth Give information to the general public including information about performance times, restrooms, transportation options, etc.
3 sites 4 hour shifts 2 people per shift=42
3. Set-Up Crews Volunteers who will set-up 1. pre-festival 2. at the festival doing light construction /set-up 3. tear down at the end of the festival.

These volunteers will assist the general public with issues related to streets closures, foot traffic and shuttle information from parking lots.

These volunteers will deal with transporting performers to their performance sites, transport to and from the airport, and act as gophers on-site at the festival via golf carts, bicycles, etc.

6. Stage Assistants
Make sure performers are on time for performances, assist stage managers and crew and log performances.

7. Children's Component Pre-Festival: Prepare hands-on materials for activities.
At festival: Assist children in participatory activities.

8. Party Volunteers Provide refreshments and sound for saturday night party.
Organize jam for groups after nightly performances.
10 volunteers to organize jam sessions and party.
Volunteers to work in the green room where there will be food and beverages for performers, volunteers and staff. Need volunteers at both the Mariott Hotel and Valley Court Community Center.

12. Site Coordinator Each stage will have a site coordinator who will deal with issues such as seating, crowd control, bucket brigade, etc. which will be overseen by the stage managers.

13. Good Time Volunteer These volunteers will walk throughout the crowds and look for ways to assist festival participants be it giving directions or just wishing them a "good day." These volunteers can serve as relief volunteers also.

14. Bucket Brigade These volunteers will carry donation buckets at performance sites and accept donations during specified times during the program.

These volunteers will find ways to "thank" volunteers by handing out tee shirts, caps, give back rubs, etc. They will write thank you noted after the festival to thanks volunteers and sponsors.

16. Volunteer Recruitment These volunteers will work primarily before the festival by setting up meetings for volunteer training, calling people to remind them about their upcoming training, the time they are scheduled for volunteering and to assist in last minute office duties.

17. Hospitality Volunteers
These volunteers will meet performers at the airport or bus station and will transport them to their hotel. They will also make sure that performers are transported from the hotel to each of their performances. They will make meal opportunities known to the performers and make the necessary arrangement for meals.
