The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the National Folk Festival from any damage to undersigned's property or any personal injury which he/she or helpers may sustain while participating in the National Folk Festival on August 13, 14, and 15 1999. Further, I agree to abide by the rules for participation, numbers 1-7 as listed in this application, and all policies and guidelines developed by the National Folk Festival planning committee. I understand that failure to follow these rules can mean expulsion from this year's or future festivals. I understand that i store my crafts at my own risk. The festival does not carry insurance to cover your personal property. As an independent contractor you are advised to carry your own insurance.
