Masters of the steel String Guitar The 62nd National Folk Festival brings together three guitarists who are masters of distinctive and uniquely American guitar styles. During the past year, they have spent nearly two months on the road together touring the nation as part of the "Masters of the Steel String Guitar" tour organized by the National Council for the Traditional Arts. During their ensemble performances at the festival, they will be joined by Linda Lay, the talented vocalist and bassist whose bluegrass band, Appalachian Trail, is also appearing at the festival.
