Nuclear energy is sometimes touted as the ideal green energy solution to the carbon crisis, but it brings a unique set of environmental challenges to be addressed. MSU Museum’s Public Programming Manager Dr. Abbie Stevens will talk to Dr. Wolfgang Bauer, a University Distinguished Professor of nuclear physicist at the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) and Associate VP for Administration with MSU’s energy transition plan, to answer your questions about nuclear energy and whether or not we might have a nuclear future here at MSU.
This event will take place live on Instagram on Wednesday, November 30 at 6:00 PM (EST).
