National Fossil Day Chat: Misconceptions in Paleontology

Picture a paleontologist. Movies, books, and TV might have you picture a dusty figure in a wide-brimmed hat, digging a dinosaur bone out of a cliff – but this popular depiction only scratches the surface. What does a paleontologist ACTUALLY do? Join us Wednesday, October 13th at 7:00PM to find out! A panel of paleontologists from Michigan State University will discuss “misconceptions in paleontology” live, under the dinosaurs in the MSU Museum’s Habitat Hall.
