 kshop 2: Exploring Styles and Genres in Generative AI Art \n\nIn this wor
 kshop\, participants will dive into the realm of style and genre and the r
 oles they play in the prompts used in AI-generated images made with Midjou
 rney. Through hands-on activities and creative exercises\, participants wi
 ll learn how to create prompts tailored to specific styles – such as cyb
 erpunk\, anime\, futuristic\, photorealistic - and genres - such as portra
 its\, sci-fi\, landscapes\, and humor. They will explore techniques to eli
 cit desired environments and components related to the themes and moods wi
 thin each genre. \n\nIMPORTANT: Participation in this workshop series is 
 limited to MSU students\, faculty\, staff\, and alumni with an active MSU 
 netID. Registration in the workshop is free\, but participants must purcha
 se their own basic Midjourney subscription ($10/month). If you no longer w
 ish to participate\, please email us and we can cancel your workshop regis
 tration.
