The MSU Museum will be temporarily closed Tuesday, August 11– Wednesday, August 26 as we prepare new exhibitions for the fall semester.
As a university museum, our exhibitions regularly evolve to support teaching, research, and public engagement. During this brief closure, our team will be installing new exhibitions and preparing new experiences for visitors.
We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Thursday, August 27. Throughout the fall, visitors will experience exciting new exhibitions, including Reality Check, which explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, create, communicate, and make decisions, and Gaawii Eta-Go Aawizinoo Gaawiye Mkakoons / It’s Not Just a Quill Box, featuring contemporary Anishinaabe quillwork and cultural traditions.
