I have been brought up in the community since birth. I was in the circle dancing as soon as I could walk on my own. Having danced for 15 yrs, and being a member of the circle I have observed teachings, stories, practices, and purpose. As an adult I strayed from the path and have found a deep healing with my feet connected to the red road once again. I continue to learn from elders and cultural programs as I restrengthen my spirit. In my belief I like to share my good medicine (knowledge) with others in a simple approachable way, that encourages people to look further and deeper.
