As the CoLab Studio’s Education and Learning Manager, Caroline leads the learning experience design and assessment efforts for the CoLab’s exhibitions and public programs. In this role, she develops and explores innovative, research-informed approaches to informal learning and audience engagement. Caroline is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences that foster connections between the arts, sciences, cultures, and technologies, and she is responsible for the design, training, and management of the MSU Museum’s CoLaborators program.
Prior to her work at the MSU Museum, Caroline’s work spanned multidisciplinary roles including user experience design, instructional design, and communications. She holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing with a specialization in learning experience design, a graduate certificate in online teaching and learning, and bachelor’s degrees in Professional Writing and English from Michigan State University.
