Location: Multicultural Center room 1020
Time: 5:00 – 6:30PM
The MSU Museum and MSU Multicultural Center invite you to continue the conversation with Beyond Borders: Oral History with Dr. Fredrick Luis Aldama, a hands-on workshop exploring the role of oral history in preserving personal and cultural narratives.
Dr. Aldama will share how community voices and lived experiences shape his work, offering insight into how stories are collected, recorded, and represented. Whether you are interested in storytelling, cultural memory, or simply want to listen and reflect, this workshop offers an opportunity to engage with the power of oral history.
This session builds on the themes introduced during Dr. Aldama’s October 2nd talk, Beyond Borders: A Conversation with Dr. Fredrick Luis Aldama.
This program is supported by the Diana Huizar Rivera and Pedro Rivera, DO Mexican American Culture Endowment.
